I had a pair of feral cats that I wanted to rescue/adopt. They were able to accommodate me with day of care as capturing them was never a guarantee with feral cats, and were informative to the continual at-home care as well as potential future rescue options regarding trapping / treating. They followed up the following day to check on the pets in question and were amiable to fluid followup appointments pending capture of siblings/parents.
