You may now request a refill of your pet's prescription by submitting the form below. Please be sure to fill in all required information. The refill must be approved by the doctor so please allow one full business day to fill your request.
Important Note: Due to liability issues we do not work with outside vendors such as Chewy, 1800PetMeds etc. You may purchase your meds or prescription diet foods through our office, but if you prefer to work with an outside vendor you will need a written prescription signed by either Dr. Haviar, Dr. O'Connor, or Dr. Sprague which you may then take to any vendor of your choice.
We will no longer be calling in prescriptions for our local clients. You may pick up a written prescription in our office.
